@vcnuscal litre is a good amount, a lot of people actually over drink. to the point where their urine is clear. which isnt good either! ur basically flushing ur body out, and its not good for ur kidneys

i feel like i never drink enough water, maybe 1 litre per day.. how do you guys drink so much water, any tips pls ??

@vcnuscal i keep a water bottle next to me at all times and take a sip every 1-2 bites of food, it keeps me fuller and more hydrated, also i heard drinking a glass of water 30 mins before food increases metabolism idk if its true but i do that too
