It makes no sense to point an AI at a function and ask it to write a test for that function. The AI, if it’s any good, will write a passing test for that function. it will not detect any bugs in that function. In fact, it will codify any bugs as part of the test.

It’s incredible how easy we can create a new song and make the MV for it. Took me less than 4 min! I use Suno to generate the mp3. I use Revid AI to generate the video. The lyrics are created by me 😅

Your brain is a muscle. If AI does all the heavy lifting, your programming muscles will weaken. The question isn’t whether AI makes you faster. It’s whether you’re still a programmer or just a very expensive AI prompt engineer.

It’s like GPS navigation destroying our sense of direction. We gained convenience but lost the ability to navigate without assistance. Some companies are starting “AI-free coding days” to prevent this cognitive atrophy.

The more we code with AI, the dumber we become 🧠 Watched a senior dev struggle for 20 minutes to write a basic for loop after his Copilot subscription expired. Same guy who built entire systems from scratch 3 years ago.
