Today we launched the 5th Edition of the @COSAFAMEDIA Women Leadership Programme with 41 incredible women from 13 COSAFA Member Associations taking part.

I was honored to interview Amogelang N. Kgogwane from 4th edition and Amo graduated as the best participant from her edition. She shared her experiences during the programme and how it has helped her to grow as a leader.

This opportunity did not only help me to understand the situation in Zimbabwe but also helped me to relate what I learn in Zimbabwe to other Member Associations under @COSAFAMEDIA Region @online_zifa @FIFAcom

Last week I had the chance to support the stakeholders engagement workshops which were conducted by the Zimbabwe Football Association across the country as part of the Women’s Football Strategy formulation. The exercise was led by FIFA Women Football Expert @thubasibanda7

Presidential Presence Underscores Commitment 🤝🏾⚽ As the Women’s Football Strategy Regional Stakeholder Consultations concluded in Masvingo, we were honoured by the presence of ZIFA President Mr Nqobile Magwizi, who joined the final session to personally reaffirm the Association’s unwavering commitment to the growth of women’s football in Zimbabwe. In his address, President Magwizi thanked all stakeholders for their contributions throughout the consultation process and emphasised that women’s football is not just a priority, it is central to ZIFA’s vision for the future. His presence sent a powerful message: the leadership is fully behind the development of a strong, structured and sustainable women’s game. The future is bright. The work has begun. #HerGameHerFuture
