i still have a point to prove with Knuckles + Sonic. the expressiveness is in the levels too, actually. not Just the combos the stages are designated for the route-making that any versatile duo lets you pull off

@vegettobluee not rush 2005 at all i think it does that badly since it does have a lot of pace-breaking setpieces. Rush Adventure and Colors DS have setpieces that really keep you more engaged. i pick SA3 over sonic 3 as well

@vegettobluee barely any time attack potential, inconsistent character spritework, rushed development, unfinished level design, a lot of jank, too many pace-breaking setpieces, purely focusing on being cinematic a lot more than being a proper replayable experience
