So when I watched her recent trafficking story, I laughed at the part she consistently shifted the blame to men for decisions she made to trade her body. Instead of acknowledging your faults, you’re shifting blames. Making it sound like it was something done to you rather than something you willingly took part in. This is a woman who seize every opportunity to call herself an ashawo is not a victim. Someone who repeatedly embraces that label, jokes about it, and builds their identity around it does not suddenly sound like a person who sees herself as a victim. That is who she is and what she was made for. Many women don’t like taking responsibility for their own choices, they struggle to admit their wrongdoings. They are quick to frame every situation as victimhood just to gain the public’s pity. But the moment criticism comes up, they blame men and the society, to make them look like the villain.
