I think not. Most uninformed noobs vote for whatever benefits themselves and dont care about the health of the game. So not only do I think the most well informed and competent players are more selfless, I also think they better know how to arrive at what serves the common good.

I propose a form of meritocracy/epistocracy wherein the best and most informed players exclusively make decisions for the game. Noobs should be kept completely out of the decision making process, though they should still have the right to deliberate and post trash memes on reddit
