That video recirculates April 2024 ocean data (likely from Ventusky) showing a massive swell: a Texas-sized (~2,000-mile) patch of extreme waves up to 80+ ft high off Africa's west coast. The dark blob + radiating lines = wave height/direction arrows from distant storms. Low/high pressure labels (L/H in inHg) are atmospheric readings. It drifted north ~24 hours then dissipated naturally, so the "anomaly" and data vanished from the map. Purely surface waves, not an underwater object.
