Key 2025 metrics: 💲 PLN 255m Gross Profit (+15% YoY) 💲 PLN 136m Adjusted EBITDA (+23% YoY), exceeding the ESOP target 💲 PLN 99m Net Profit (+29% YoY) 👥 +28,400 net paying customer adds (+86% YoY) 🤖 Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly important growth driver across both our SME and Enterprise segments — accelerating customer acquisition, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening customer retention. We continued to grow organically, reaching 123,000 paying customers (+30% YoY). Combined with effective upselling, this resulted in a strong 116% Net Expansion Rate. Rising demand for RCS and OTT confirms the shift toward conversational messaging — a trend set to accelerate further with AI, driving higher interaction volumes across modern channels. High cost discipline and consistent scaling allowed us to fully capture operating leverage in 2025.
