@BoostCare I don’t want to talk to anyone, I am done with Boost Mobile. I have been dealing with this issue since July 15. I am now told that the manager who submitted a return ticket for me on Aug 4 did so incorrectly. I don’t know what kind of incompetent people you have working for you!

@boostmobile It appears the advertised price was not correct and Boost Mobile has no way of honoring their posted prices. Boost Mobile was quick to take my payment for the 2 phones, but not quick to offer customer service that would resolve their error.

@boostmobile I have been with @boostmobile for a long time, up until now I have been very happy with their service. 3 weeks ago I purchased 2 phones online. After speaking with 3 different @boostmobile Managers, Ally, Mai and Vido, and several customer service representatives.
