This will sound uncomfortable but based on the video (not any other evidence I may not have seen) the man has done nothing illegal so far. Because from the video, the girl has not been sexually exploited yet, and only staying and cooking for a man and the man proposing to marry her in the future alone does not constitute an offence known to law. If he can wait until she turns 18 years in two years time, well no law can criminalize that act. The law on child abuse is clear. Not all dealings with an underage is criminal in nature, like in this case. Unless you have other evidence of him sexually harassing the girl or physically abusing the girl or exploiting her in an illegal way, so far, nothing is wrong by the video. However, I doubt if the man in that video hasn’t done anything to the girl yet as they both claimed. I can be very sure that something is already going down behind the scenes, but you will need evidence to establish that and the girl may not help you get those incriminating evidence that can nail the man. But the action of the man shows he is a Pedophile. Anyways, peace!!!
