Impactful day in D.C., meeting 1:1 with the offices of Rep. Gottheimer, Rep. Steil, Rep. Wagner, Rep. Emmer, and Rep. Waters, and the House Financial Services Committee staff. We familiarize them with our business and covered a range of topics important to @tZERO - including supporting seamless infrastructure across multiple asset classes and marketplaces, streamlining spot crypto licensing requirements for BDs, federal preemption of state money transmission laws for BDs and the secular role for tokenization, including its intersection with agentic AI operability as a key driver for tokenization of financial assets. We also had a very productive meeting with the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance and drive real reform on RWA tokenization for real estate and other asset classes, like art and collectibles, that catalyzes that market in the US with fewer hurdles. @SavinoVaness

We registered a transfer agent for tokenized assets in 2019 (see approval at the link below), and many others have done it after us, like @Figure, @tZERO, or @SuperstateInc . People use the word "first" very liberally sec.gov/Archives/edgar…

Classy response, lol. I wasn't even referring to you. I'll make this simple for you since you didn't seem to understand what I wrote the FIRST time: Getting a TA Effectiveness letter is easy. Like easier to get than a license to cut hair. Read again, I said Vertalo 'BUILT' first since that's true, Vertalo did actually build and commercialize it first (@gaborgurbacs may differ and I hope to meet/chat with him). You got the TA letter before us but bought your TA later. We just didn't get around to sending the application that took 5 minutes for tech and business we already had. Oops my bad. However, you got Billy Miller from the acq of Pacific, and lucky for you, he's awesome, we're friendly. For that, and that alone, I am jealous of you. Here's the rub: Building TA tech that handles digital dematerialized/tokenized assets, side by side, cross-chain, swappable, synchronized, same share class, ledger, zero-latency, etc. is hard. Like really hard. Can you do this? And building it API-first so every company in the world can connect to it is hard...but then again more than 100 clients paid us develop and test it with them. It's been up and running since 2018, clinical trials. We have no interest in competing with Securitize. We're practically orthogonal, definitively inverse. Tokenizing is child's play. Anyone can do it via a prompt. And as Peter Thiel has said it best: 'Competition is for losers'. We are a different company than @Securitize @figure or @tZERO - we are a pure play tech company that has a very active primary TA business but we are not a broker-dealer, and we don't create products, our clients create products. Vertalo is an 'Arms Dealer' to Broker-Dealers, traditional TAs, Custodians, Issuers, and other FMIs. We like to partner. We built all of our tech in-house to offer this kind of product. Own and developed all of the IP. We didn't acquire any of it, only a little open source. And it was built by employees, not contractors. We would be happy to license to or partner with anyone reading this. And to our knowledge, Vertalo is the only TA and Tokenization platform architected to offer all 5 (or 6) Tokenized Securities modalities as represented by the SEC. First of all, congratulations to @Alan_Konevsky on his return to the helm at @tZERO . Give him your support, and yes your patience. Secondly, and more importantly, this is a great update. Substantive, expansive, and directionally correct. Loved it and it sounded actionable and achievable. If you have a chance, take 12 mins out of your day and watch this.
