@gharkekalesh @zomato This happened to me as well. When I called customer support, the executive asked whether I wanted to wait or cancel the order. I waited for around 2 hours, and after that I told them to deliver the order and not cancel it.

I ordered from @zomato at 9:58 PM with the hope of finally eating before midnight. It’s been more than 1 and half hour and the app still says “Order is on the way.” Almost ₹1000 paid and when i contacted customer executive he said “You wanna wait or should I cancel?” at this point 🤡 What about my time that 1 and half hour how u guys gonna compensate with it @zomatocare Or is this normal for u guys to let ur customer suffer like this?? Totally disgusting service with no authority
