@vespablue65 @ESPNcricinfo It depends what you invest in - The Hundred has been the bane of millions. He hasn’t read the room at all; the venture is a poor one; morally bankrupt, as the product has harmed the sport he claims to love - it’s a contradiction of what he said, a lie effectively.

@bcfcm22 I think that will probably be the case with giving him next season to prove himself. I may be biased as he is going out with my mates daughter but I do hope he proves himself next season

@vespablue65 If it's up to me I give him next year, get up to fitness over the summer hopefully have a few games preseason and he'd be like a new signing next year

@clarkson_ian Must have been great as a player hearing Bluenoses sing in the terraces. Went to school with Dave Barnett. We were at a school with DVB!! Sports teacher was a scout for the Villa spotted Gordon Cowans and Tony Daley!!

Sitting in a care home watching my Dad gradually fading away was not in my plans when I woke up this morning. He’s fighting this dementia right to the end though, looks like I’m in for a long night but I’ve got a comfy chair by the side of his bed. Dementia is a bastard.
