I kinda hate the term "work family" because I generally think employers use it to guilt their employees, but I digress. I just want to put out an appreciation post for the people I work with near and far who support me but more importantly put up with me. The real MVPs. ❤️

I STILL struggle with saying "guys", especially while speaking (vs typing). No one is perfect and changing your speech can be difficult, but the most important part is to TRY to be better with inclusive speech and to be OPEN to listening and learning.
