You don’t need everyone. You need the right people in the room. Different backgrounds. Different skill sets. One mission: show up for veterans and do the work the right way. Consistency over hype. Trust over shortcuts. Veterans. Network. Champions. Club. 🇺🇸

@mr305eth Agreed. Should be, but it’s not. Add the human and systematic error equation and everything goes out the window. Expwctations vs reality. One of many many noted and recorded failures that keep increasing. youtu.be/pTJjxzIg554?si…

A lot of vets are not exaggerating at their C&P exam. They’re doing the opposite. They leave stuff out. They soften how bad it gets. They talk about their “manageable” days instead of the days that actually wreck them. And then they wonder why the rating doesn’t reflect what they’re really dealing with. That’s the problem. If you don’t know how to talk about what your condition actually looks like on your worst days, you can walk in telling the truth and still leave the wrong picture on paper. That is how vets get underrated every day. Head to veteransnetwork.club/ace_your_c-and… to get Ace Your C&P Exam, the only course you need to stop leaving out the stuff that matters most. #vaclaims #vadisability #veterans

I get it. I’ve been there. From someone who used to research every possible regulation , ask everyone with an opinion, and still do nothing with any of it, here’s what you actually need to do: 1. Get your service treatment records and know what’s in them. 2. Identify the conditions that are actually impacting your daily life. 3. Get to the doctor and get it documented. 4. Connect those conditions to your service on paper. 5. Stop filing blind and build a strategy around your specific situation. The process feels complicated because nobody has ever laid it out clearly for you. Head to vncc.myflodesk.com/aceyourvaclaim… for access to my free Ace Your VA Claim Bot to help you figure out exactly where to start. #vaclaims #vadisability #veterans

4/5 The better question is not “did I ever go to medical for this?” It’s: Is this a current condition? Is it chronic? Is it documented? Does it still affect me?

2/5 You could have gone to medical for 100 things in your career. That doesn’t mean you have 100 chronic disabilities.

1/5 “Just claim everything in your service treatment records” is some of the worst BDD advice out there. 🧵

6/6 Full breakdown on YouTube including what to do if you're in the window but haven't been to medical, and how to think about secondaries and exposures. Filing early is good. Filing smart is better. youtu.be/vMUWUWQOKWo?si…

5/6 Better question than "did I ever go to medical for this": Do I have a current condition? Is it chronic? Is it documented? Does it still affect me? That's the difference between filing with a strategy and throwing claims at the wall.

1/6 If you're getting ready to separate or retire, don't file your BDD claim until you've heard this. 🧵
