@ThatJuDaH I don't even know how to feel. UBA dragged my First HOLCO down with it this week.

@vezoke How are you feeling about them? Do you think the coming report would be favourable?

@Khennehdhy Don't mind him. Must he be president? You are already 80 years for goodness sake. And for PO, why does he want to be handed a ticket on a platter? Both of them are not serious. He should have stayed back and fought for the ticket.

Atiku too, very uninspiring and arrogant leader. It's your last shot at the presidency, now or never. Who is supposed to be begging and trying hard, going state to state to keep everyone on board.

This is a N100M portfolio by @compoundinnaira. She (someone said she is a she, Chief, if I got it wrong I apologise 🙏) said she never invested N1m at once in her 6 years plus investment journey on the NGX. Just consistent contributions to solid companies providing solid solutions. This year she received dividends from GTCO alone worth about 1.4m. But she didn't get there immediately. It was built over time. You don't have to save crazy money to invest. Build your emergency fund and start investing gradually. Over the years you will not recognise where you have come from. We keep learning, we keep growing!

Life is simple, it’s good to allow people do whatever they feel is best. I met someone in camp back in November, we had a discussion and I told her about the stock market, she said she didn’t have much but there was a savings not up to 100k and she could try it. Camp ended in December and we went our separate ways but still had her contact. I texted her in December when I was doing a full review of all the companies on the NGX and pushed her a little to create her account and deposit the money. Since that December she has not added a single naira. But check below 👇 From our conversations she got 2 companies.

Nigerian Weekly Law Reports (NWLR)
The Supreme Court in Agbai v. Okogbue (1991) 7 NWLR (Pt. 204) 391 held that it is the law that nobody can be compelled to associate with other persons against his will. The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria guarantees every citizen that freedom of choice. Accordingly, any purported drafting of any person into an association against his will is in conflict with the provision of the Constitution and is void. More recently, the Federal High Court, Lagos in Megawatts Nigeria Ltd v. Registered Trustees of Gbagada Phase II Residents’ Association & Ors. (Suit No.: FHC/L/CS/982/2020) held that the Plaintiff cannot be forced to be a member of a residential association. Although, this case involves an artificial person, it ultimately protects freedom of association.
NOEL EKELE@NoelChubby

I think there is a decided case about being forced to join the association of an estate. @NWLRonline please is there something like that so you can provide?
