Excited to share that I've just joined @join_ef! 2 weeks ago I walked into a room full of people who had left everything behind to build something that mattered. PhDs who quit their labs. Engineers who turned down FAANG offers. The talent density in this cohort is unlike anything I've seen. Everyone here is obsessed with building the future. Here I met my cracked CTO @benbolsakovs. He's one of the most technically talented people I've had the chance to work with. At 19, he built a browser agent that outperforms OpenAI's on benchmarks. We got to work before the program even started. We're building @tryharlow. Hotels are a $1.5T industry still running on software from the 90s, staff manually transferring information between systems that don't talk to each other, and losing revenue every day because no one has time to act on the data they already have. @tryharlow works in the background. It captures guest context automatically, pushes it to every department, and handles the administrative work that steals time from the guest experience. Hospitality is human first. Harlow keeps it that way. Day one.

If you want your son, high-level founder. Send him 2-3 years San Francisco and forget.

I love rejection and failure. I’ve been ignored more times than I can count. Rejected more times than I remember. Failed more times than I talk about. I keep them in a folder called ‘Board of Honors.’ Not to glorify them, but to stay true to myself. I’m still young. I won't pretend to know much. But one thing I've learned is this: I never give up.
