@DSR_Joker Why would you play a game where you want to skip most of it? If I play an ARPG, why would I want to skip two-thirds of the game? If I can't play the game or don't have time, that just means you take longer to do those things; it's not the end of the world. Just catch up.

To be clear I'm not married to these specific examples, there's pros and cons to the ease of some of these activities, but I think at the end of the day, the pros outweigh the cons, in terms of the more people are geared the more people you have who can play content.

Yeah, horizontal progression is bad.
There's so much content that comes out weeks after the Savage tier that would benefit from Savage level loot, which would be great for everyone.
Like IDK the Relic, variant, hell even the 24 man.

isn't it fucking great to play the hit mmorpg where you can play every class available? (you can play all of them but gearing them fucking sucks donkey dick so you're realistically only play one or two for high end content until it's out of the rotation)

@pathofexile I'm so glad; I'm just waiting for the full release. At least Diablo 4 is much better now in terms of content. Once I get through all my characters and the new expansion, it's either back to BG3, Dragons Dogma 2, or Hogwarts Legacy.
