@viaimofficial I'm finding your customer support extremely challenging. Ordered headphones on 4/28, the only update is a label was created on 4/29 and USPS is waiting for the item. Chat bot is useless and no responses from email sent to support or service

Hi Tom, yes, the headphones will still work even if you can’t install any software on your computer. You have two ways to record your online meetings (Teams, Zoom, etc.): Option 1 (Recommended for live transcription): Connect your earbuds to both your phone and your computer. Start recording through the app on your phone. The audio will be saved directly in the app, where you can also access transcription and AI summaries. Please note that there may be occasional signal interruptions when using dual connections, depending on the environment and number of nearby devices. Option 2 (Recommended for quick meetings): Connect your earbuds to your computer and start recording by tapping the earbuds. The audio will be stored locally on the earbuds (each earbud supports up to 69 minutes of recording). After the meeting, open the app on your phone to sync and save the recordings, then generate transcripts and summaries.
