@SunwingVacay I have tried reasoning with your coordinator. Numerous emails back-and-forth and it’s going nowhere. That’s why I am reaching out to you for help with someone else who can address this issue for me! I have even asked to speak to a supervisor and no response

@SunwingVacay @SunwingVacay I heard back from your rep at Sunwingcares. You are now refusing to pay for my cab from the hotel to the airport as it’s a handwritten receipt. Do you think this is fair!!! I’m $175 out of pocket for the cab. Totally unacceptable!!!

@SunwingVacay just trying to file a claim for my return flight which was delayed 40+ hours and it says that I am not eligible for compensation! How is this possible? Also have sent over receipts for all the unexpected expenses to sunwing and have heard nothing back! Need answers

@cherdeguz @SunwingVacay Thank you for this! Have checked google and no info. Flightaware has info yes. But I have an email from sunwing saying flight delayed till 29th. I don’t want to check out of the hotel, go to the airport and told to go back in the middle of the night.

@vicajwani @SunwingVacay Google WG516 and look on FlightAware, flight tracker. It looks like they are scheduled to go. Good luck! I hope you and your family get home safely. We are waiting to leave cancun as well , 76 hrs delayed

@SunwingVacay need to get confirmation on flight WG516 Cancun/YYZ . It was delayed till 11:45pm on the 25th then 12:40am on the 26th. Then I got an email saying it has been delayed till Dec 29th @ 4:40pm. Airport transfer wants us to get to the airport now! Who should I trust!!!

@SunwingVacay I need guaranteed confirmation that I will get on this flight. I have a small baby and I can’t spend the next 3-4 hrs in limbo. And it’s not evening right now it’s night

@vicajwani Hi Vic. Last update I received was that they are trying to get passengers on a flight late this evening. If Nexus is trying to bring you to the airport, I would recommend you try to make the transfer. Safe travels. -SK
