Same in the Netherlands. A 17-year-old girl named Milou was murdered by the state (euthanasia) after she had been raped twice at age 13 and 16. Her parents called the death doctor themselves to have her put down. We should, instead, bring back the death penalty for violent stranger rapes and gang rapes.

She was living in a supervised center with unaccompanied minors when she was gang raped by them. Afterwards, she tried to unalive herself by jumping from a fifth floor. But she became paraplegic instead. Sheโs 25 years old and today is her last day alive. Praying she can feel Jesus love before tomorrow and changes her mind. ๐๐ป

let's break this down a bit more:
1) American Jews make up 2% of the population, but represent 0.5% of military personnel (assuming 2.81 million military personnel). So, while this group is hugely overrepresented in politics (and war making), they are hugely underrepresented in the military that actually puts their lives on the line for the decisions that come out of politics.
2) On the other hand, 23K Jewish Americans in the Israeli military represent nearly 14% of Israel's military (assuming 169.5K active military personnel).
