First, Scott MacFarlane flat out lies here about charges not being overturned. The Supreme Court overturned the DOJ’s most prevalent felony charge—1512(c)(2), obstruction of an official proceeding—in June 2024, which resulted in the dismissal of that count in 300 or so cases.
Further—MacFarlane unwittingly admits the rigged nature of J6 trials by noting DOJ had a perfect record before DC juries. Jurors in the most Democratic city in the country convicted every single J6 put on trial.

🚨 This afternoon, a former managing assistant U.S. Attorney who supported Jack Smith’s politicized investigation of President Trump has been charged with stealing the confidential investigation documents.
Carmen Lineberger allegedly emailed the confidential material to her own personal email, disguising them as dessert recipes to conceal them from record searches.
Lineberger is charged with four felony counts in the indictment.
This FBI will not hesitate to bring to account those who violated the trust of the American public in an investigation that should’ve never been brought to begin with.

Correction: The President didn't 'exempt himself.' The Department of Justice agreed to bar the IRS from pursuing claims on past returns as part of a legal settlement to resolve Trump’s $10B lawsuit against the agency. This happened because an IRS worker criminally stole and leaked Trump's private tax data to the media, a crime for which that worker was sentenced to 5 years in prison. You can't leak a citizen's private data and then expect them not to sue.

4:00 AM Biden ballot dump that flipped Michigan caught on video and by multiple witnesses in the 2020 election. Every single ballot in the 4 AM dump was for Biden. Almost all the ballots were just marked for Biden, no other votes were on the ballots, even other Democrats. Just Biden. Were they in a rush? Hundreds of thousands of people only voted for Biden and no one else on the ballot? This is called FRAUD. Around 3:00-4:00 AM, around 159+ boxes of absentee ballots suddenly arrived and were rushed into counting. At that moment Trump led by 300,000 votes, by 5 AM the lead had collapsed to 10,000, and continued shrinking with every vote for Biden until he cleared the margin of victory.
