@RoyalMailHelp I had a home collection booked for today and was told between 7 and 11am ish. No one had been and I have been home all day do know they haven't tried. When will my item be collected i can't wait around all day tomorrow too.

@DwrCymru getting more incompetent. I am told in a voicemail to call them and provide a reference. When I call I get told they use a third party contractor and I need to speak to them. Can't get a number to speak to them though... I just want a water meter.

@DwrCymru The reason is because one property has a water meter and one doesn't. But how you can justify £85 a month for one person is astounding. Also takes you 90 days to install one so people have no choice.
