Been with Nespresso for over 1Y, quick&easy. Until last delivery,ordered 8 decaf &2 normal, received 10 decaf. Went to help page,no option for wrong delivery, kept asking do I want to cancel or amend subscription. I tried to speak to an agent no luck!! @NespressoUK

@PicCollage you’ve taken a payment of £34.99 from my bank today when I cancelled my subscription. It would appear that I can’t contact anyone from your app. I would like my payment returned please as I have bills to pay.

@santanderukhelp 20 mins on hold to the complaints department. Can’t get through. Still had no call back since 26th Aug. Would someone at Santander like to advice me on what to do next..?

@DHLParcelUK @DHLParcelUK @footlocker how hard is it to track a parcel and let me know where it is? You advise a collection point that has a dhl system that is broken and not accepting parcels. When were you going to let me know? And why is this collection point still showing on the website?

@dhlexpressuk @DHLParcelUK I’ve still had no correspondence. My delivery status says will be delivered Wed 2nd. I can’t change it and I’ve had no update. I ring the Helpdesk, asks for my shipment num, I can’t speak to anyone as it says my parcel will be delivered Wed 2nd. Disgusting customer service
