I turned my daily work into an AI checklist. Here are the steps I automated first: 1. Capture I give Claude my messy notes, ideas, screenshots, and unfinished thoughts. It turns them into organized information instead of letting them disappear in different apps. 2. Prioritize I ask Claude to sort my tasks into: → Do today → Schedule for later → Delegate → Delete This stops my to-do list from becoming a guilt list. 3. Plan For every important task, Claude creates: → The first step → A realistic timeline → Required resources → Possible obstacles → A clear definition of “done” 4. Research Instead of opening 20 tabs, I ask Claude to create a research brief with: → Key facts → Different viewpoints → Important questions → Sources to verify → Practical takeaways 5. Draft I give Claude the goal, audience, tone, and examples. Then it creates the first draft of: → Emails → Reports → LinkedIn posts → Proposals → Meeting agendas 6. Review Before sending anything important, I ask Claude to check for: → Unclear sentences → Missing context → Weak arguments → Repetition → Possible objections 7. Follow up After meetings, Claude turns notes into: → Decisions → Action items → Owners → Deadlines → Follow-up emails 8. Review my week At the end of the week, Claude helps me identify: → What I completed → What is still pending → What slowed me down → What I should stop doing → My top 3 priorities for next week The key is not asking AI random questions all day. The key is turning repeated tasks into a simple workflow. Here is the basic system: Input → Organize → Prioritize → Create → Review → Act I saved these instructions in Claude so I do not have to explain the same process every time. To build your own AI checklist: Step 1: Write down everything you repeat each week. Step 2: Choose the 3 tasks that take the most time. Step 3: Create clear instructions for each task. Step 4: Add examples of the output you want. Step 5: Test the workflow on real work. Step 6: Improve it whenever Claude makes a mistake. Start with one task.
