Standard newborn care refusals in clinic and hospitals here in Ontario are uncommon but not so rare. And yes they are increasing. I never asked when starting practice if babies received their Vit K injections; now it’s among the first questions I ask.

IPAC has never been a top priority for most hospitals, and I think allowing COVID to run rampant in hospitals was a message that IPAC isn't critical, and permitted IPAC practices to further erode.....

To the best of my knowledge, and I've been tested countless times, I've never had Covid
I advocate for Long C-19 because when you've seen what it is capable of doing to previously well people, you pray you'll never see another patient like them again
