@fucskonoel The amount of editors is absurdly high, but it’s difficult to find someone who’s actually good. Just gotta keep looking (also make sure ur budget meets your needs)

Why finding a good video editor is such a hard task? Last week I paid for 6 guys to do a video. 4 of them delivered late, and one didn't deliver at all. Out of the 6 editors 5 didn't know what hook variations are. At the end, they had no idea what organic video is, bunch of flashy transitions, bad caption placement + not readable and out of safe-zone. Broll selection is mind blowing and music is too loud compared to VO. etc... It's insane

Say goodbye to 1-cent wars. 👋 To combat bot spam, we’ve introduced minimum increments for Buy Orders on CSFloat. Example: Orders placed between $100 and $500 must be in increments of $1. Note: Existing buy orders will remain active at their current price until executed, deleted, or modified. #buy-orders/price-increments" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">csfloat.com/faq#buy-orders…

Improving your video editing skills at a certain point just becomes counter productive. Some of y’all really just use it as an excuse

Just wrapped up a 30-day daily YouTube upload challenge, where missing ONE day meant the whole thing failed. I edited 14/30 long-form videos (with 2 other editors). 1–3 day turnarounds. Worked on up to 5 videos at once. If you need a reliable editor - DM Portfolio: @raitis" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">ytjobs.co/@raitis

Seems like @CounterStrike is now working on removing false VAC Bans after the recent CS2 Update. I would advise to wait for an official announcement on this before queuing.

Tbh CS2 market rn is completely shit. It is just a gamble. Just a memecoin. It makes sense cause Chinese couldnt really have a business based on % or similar. So they said: "lets pump and dump skins and get our profit that way". It worked.

@SamiStudiox Yeah ofc increased budget = better quality and reliability. Not arguing against that In your original tweet, you said "try to offer / pay the max you can even if you break your budget", which obviously wouldn't be sustainable long-term and often isn't necessary. That's all

here's a simple analogy to me saying you should pay as much as you can If you are paying 150 a vid, you will appeal to the regular 150 a vid editors, more often than not are beginners or low quality if you are paying 400 a vid, you will NOT appeal to the regular 150 a vid editors, they will look at the rate and immediately exclude themselves because they know they are not good enough to charge that much, and on the other hand you will attract the 400 a vid editors, which are miles better than what you would get at 150
