@KattenEUW I wonder how this will work with role swapping in champ select. Do I lose my aegis of valor if someone offers my main role to me after I’ve been autofilled, or do I keep it? (And vice versa)

this seems like a nice idea in theory but i don't see how it can be implemented/balanced without completely fking up / inflating the ladder unless it stops applying in apex tiers, both my main roles are low priority like 90% of the time so im just gonna have perma inflated gains?

Introducing Aegis of Valor ‼ This new system will reward you with either DOUBLE LP or FULL PROTECTION FROM LP LOSS on an autofilled game if you get a mastery score of C or higher. Players who already play commonly autofilled roles, like support or jungle, will automatically get Aegis rewards at a similar rate, without pregame lobby notifications.

It's April Fools Day. Normally I'd post something snarky like "We're cancelling Cyber City and shipping Foodfight Tactics instead" or "I'm retiring to become a pro Nacho chef". But we've done that before.
