Come up with a rating where you show the strengths of all parties accross sectors such as farmers, youth, AI etc. include what you think would also be necessary. Be as skeptical as possible
Make sure you compile all information possible and have a consolidated rating.
Towards the end, add a simple P&L budget analysis showing which party will be the least spender include all the parties manifesto on its essence, take learnings from other states on how they have faired
