Most SaaS founders waste months building things that don’t matter. Perfect login, polished UI, admin dashboard - u don't get paid for this. What actually works: - Auth? Magic links. - User management? A spreadsheet. - Admin panel? Google Forms. The core product is what matters. Build that first.
