Where Have They Gone ♥️ ............................................. I still remember the red flowers blooming, Beside the little country road to school. They waved to me like faithful friends each morning, Filling my young heart with simple joy. My white school uniform, so neat at sunrise, Returned home stained with earth or summer rain. Each mark was proof of laughter, dreams, and wonder.... Treasures; no passing year can ever claim. Where are those books with every page a rainbow? Where are the flowers, the fruits, the songs I knew? Where is the little girl who walked that dusty road? I search the world... Time took them all, or so I'm told... But my heart still waits beside that road. 🌹 S&S ✍️
