Since we are all unique individuals psycho-physically and since we all play unique and multiple roles in our life, there are bound to be interpersonal differences and, at times, conflict too. On the surface of an ocean, the waves can be very turbulent, but underneath the surface, deep within, there is calmness and peace. Until the time we only deal with others based on the roles we play (roles of being parents, siblings, partners, spouses, children, bosses, subordinates, colleagues, religious practitioners etc.), disagreements usually lead to conflicts. When we start going deep and connect as human beings beyond all the roles that we play, we learn to respectfully agree to disagree, knowing well that on an external level, there will be disagreements, but in essence, internally, we are all one.
