Spiritual food in the form of supporting others in following Jesus is a prevention diet that helps people avoid descending into rock bottom.
It can also pull people out from it and help them stay steady.
Give a man is a fish is important too but teaching them how to fish for spiritual food connects people to the highest love and support.

Following Jesus is about being a good person, practicing love and kindness toward all. Actions motivated by love.
But also about doing Jehovah God's will which is to help others get on the same path of spiritual growth and understand the full meaning of it.
Recognizing that what Jesus did for us releases us from suffering and death and invites us to eternal life in a new world system led by an incorruptible Divine King.
Giving thanks for it and showing our appreciation by adapting ourselves to God's standards.

I'm grateful for the culture of continual learning I enjoy as one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
A culture defined by Proverbs 4:18 that says the path gets brighter the more we seek to understand God through His Holy writings in the Bible.
Every meeting is an education and opportunity to engage in discussion where insights are exchanged.
And where we learn how to wield the Bible like the sword it is against the darkness of this world.
Meetings are free and held worldwide in hundreds of languages, and everyone is welcome.

Jesus went to hell?
How could a person that perfectly reflected the love and light of Jehovah God end up there?
The answer reveals a hole in the lie Satan's puppets in false religion have indoctrinated people with to control them with fear and smear God's character.
The lie that hell is a place of eternal fiery torment bad people go to.
The Bible actually says that every human that dies goes to "hell" no matter how good or bad they were. It just means the common grave.
It's where they rest in peace awaiting resurrection to Judgment Day, a period of 1000 years during which all will have the choice to either pursue alignment with God or final separation from Him, the Source of life - meaning eternal death, nonexistence.
English

From the height of heaven and Divine power Jesus descended as low as the earthly grave - or "hell" as some Bible translations call it.
There he rested in a state of unconscious powerlessness before being awakened and transformed, and ascending into an exalted purpose.
So too the highs and lows of our lives can transform us and reveal our highest purpose - the one God has for us - if we practice alignment with Him on His terms not our own, trusting and allowing Him to lead us.
English

"I am ascending to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God."
After Jehovah God restored Jesus to life, but before he ascended back to his Divine form in heaven, he walked the earth for 40 days appearing as different people to his followers before revealing his true identity to them.
In doing this God showed loving understanding for the spiritual frailty of humankind.
Knowing how hard it was to process all of the events of Jesus' life, death, and resurrection, He arranged for this reassuring visit to bolster their faith in His Almighty power, to equip them to share it with others, and to endure the things they would suffer for it.
