‼️SC/ST एक्ट में जमानत से इंकार नहीं कर सकते‼️ सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने SC/ST एक्ट मामलों को लेकर बड़ा फैसला दिया है. अदालत ने कहा है कि सिर्फ इसलिए अग्रिम जमानत (Anticipatory bail) से इनकार नहीं कर सकते क्योंकि मामला SC-ST एक्ट का है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि केवल SC/ST एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज होने भर से अग्रिम जमानत को मैकेनिकल रूप से खारिज नहीं किया जा सकता. अदालतों को हर मामले के तथ्यों, FIR  में लगाए गए आरोपों और उपलब्ध सामग्री की सावधानीपूर्वक जांच करनी होगी. जस्टिस जेबी पारदीवाला और जस्टिस उज्जल भुइयां की पीठ ने कहा कि SC/ST एक्ट की धारा 18 का इस्तेमाल 'यांत्रिक तरीके' से नहीं किया जाना चाहिए. अदालत ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि धारा 18 का लागू होना हर मामले के तथ्यों और एफआईआर में लगाए गए आरोपों पर निर्भर करेगा. इसे बिना विचार के मैकेनिकल रूप से लागू नहीं किया जाना चाहिए.
