@vikvaughndoom He has some of the worst air mobility and both of your characters are faster in the air/ground. If ur afraid to challenge it with a move just dash back and punish the down tilt spam right after or just jump back over ryu again and get stage control. Can’t do shit about it lmao

Been working on the ryu mu, and trying to figure out how to deal with nair when he’s landing. I’ll share what I found in a short thread. It may seem obvious, but I’m hoping this can help someone if they find themselves trying to work through this situation

@vikvaughndoom Unless you're someone like falco with an intangible anti air don't fuck with it. And especially don't shield it. Either run under it or roll on reaction. Pichu is shit out of luck tho

Trying to challenge the move from below can work, but the timing is strict, and this isn’t really mu where there’s a lot of room for error. But I’ve found if you position yourself to challenge it from the side and hit his head, it is more consistent to challenge. Like cloud dair

@Benanator876 Idk about super tiny that shit is huge!!! Seems better to challenge from above but it’s hard to get in that position quick enough

@vikvaughndoom it’s frame 10 and super tiny so hit him before it comes out or stuff it out with a bigger move. also it has crazy consistency issues in the air so if he’s anywhere but directly in front of you in the air when he uses it chances are you’ll fall out and can get a punish

How is wolf supposed to deal w/ the opponent turtling in shield? I’ve always struggled w this, it feels hard to do anything against characters that are content to stay grounded and shield around. He doesn’t have a good rising aerial, and his grab has no threat at high percent
