@NeilJohnGibson @SpotlightUK It happens to me all the time and I need to follow the link multiple times before it works - also, usually when I try to look at my own profile it comes up with a message saying ‘your session has timed out’ and it takes me a few goes before I can see it.

Can every actor have a check of their @SpotlightUK profile and check your friends for them. The number of times I get this message is ridiculous. It is a fault when I use WiFi but not 4G data. When I have cast projects, I have skipped over actors assuming they left the site.
