Last date, Final Update : 🌟 Laser Power & Infra Mainboard IPO - Kolkata-based integrated manufacturer of power cables, conductors and other specialised products and components, EPC in power distribution sector - Decent Financials - Decent Valuations - Decent Demand - GMP +13% - I am applying ✅ although review says 50-50, but fair valuations and demand, can give listing pop - Preference for easy allotment chances : Retail > BHNI > SHNI Brief review : 🔸200 Cr OFS out of 742 Cr issue size, obviously not very likable as such. Yes 490 Cr out of fresh issue will be used for debt payment which is good. 🔸Installed capacity up from 62000 MT to 85448 MT last 3 years, though utilisation hasn't caught up, at 61% down from 85% 🔸Revenue declined in FY26 although profitability was high, but not from operations, it was an exceptional item ~33Cr, which is 22% PAT from FY26, the reason for that sharp increase. 🔸Operating cash flow -119cr for FY26(positive in previous 2 years), covered by 213 Cr net financing inflows. 🔸Borrowings jumped 87% in a year, D/E : 1.10 🔸Receivables 787 Cr Fy24 to 1375 FY26, receivable days 145 to 196 🔸Blacklisting/Debarment: 2019 : Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation 2022 : Manipur State Power Distribution Company Rajasthan tender loss where the rejection cited "a prior debarment" A company selling majorly to state DISCOMs, this is not what you expect! 🔸The Good Part : Valuations are fair ✅ at ~20 P/E compared to peers who are fairly high and despite all these challenges company has a strong order book which grew from 2317 Cr to 3243 Cr from Fy24 to Fy26 Concluding, can give good listing gains and short pop because of attractive valuations and strong anchor. For long term, needs to see how company does in next couple of quarters. 🌟 Devson Catalyst SME IPO - Manufacturer of catalysts, adsorbents and ceramic balls used as key materials in various industrial processes - Decent Financials (a little exaggeration, but still fine) - Decent Valuations - Very Good Demand - GMP +35% - I am applying ✅ - Preference for better allotment chances : BHNI > SHNI > Individual (2 lots) 🌟 Happy Steels SME IPO - Integrated manufacturer of safety-critical, forged and machined transmission and driveline components, caters to on highway, off highway, EV and defence applications. - Decent Financials - Decent Valuations - Decent Demand - GMP +15% - I am waiting 🟡 for demand confirmation and also what scope i have after applying in above 2 IPOs - Preference for better allotment chances : BHNI > SHNI > Individual (2 lots) for those already applying. - Update at 3-3:30 PM *** Disclaimer : This review is for educational purpose based on RHP filed by the company. All the details are public and analysis of the same is done to give readers insights of my understanding. Kindly do not consider this update as an investment advice. #IPOAlert #laserpoweripo

@nakulvibhor @nakulvibhor bhai - if you are vegetarian, then it’s somewhat difficult to get required protein. I will suggest please try Amul why protein or from food pharmer “OnlyWhatsNeeded” brand. Both are quality and clean product.

@chiragbarjatya Except Mixability, whey from Amul and “onlywhatsneeded’ are excellent in mentioned quality metrics. Need to know what is extra special in 8k product which is missing in above two brands before even thinking of buying it

I have a question to all the whey users out there. If currently you are paying 5k for a whey, would you pay 8k if the quality is better than your 5k whey? Quality metrics - easy on gut, better digestion, mixiability and clean product. (Please don’t engage if you don’t consume whey)

Sir, Swami Vivekananda had Maa Kaali inside his Siras , the words of him are predominantly the words of Jagan Mata. Mere mortals cannot validate them . Many times he had corrected his own words for a better approximation and many things he didn’t divulge it outside for all obvious reasons. When he preaches we must be wary of on whom he’s addressing. He was well aware when to speak , where to speak and what to speak, if any individual can grasp some pointers from his wisdom that’s applicable only to him/her that would help the individual to evolve.

The great Swami Vivekananda, says some of those things, BUT take it from me (and whoever tests these things), that 1: whatever you throw into an eclipse will magnify it. If you don’t fast during an eclipse then you cannot do mantra sadhana. If you have sex during an eclipse, your lust will increase in spades, you have lots of food in an eclipse, your hunger for food will increase and sleeping during an eclipse will increase sleep. 2: Russian scientists in 1960’s/1970’s conducted experiments that showed that there is a decrease in gravity at eclipse sites (this minimal difference is what allows a stone pestle to stand upright during an eclipse). 3: Nazar is pretty much accurate as well and Kala jadu is there virtually at every place and not just in India but in Middle East and subcontinent as well as Malaysia, etc. So… it is easy to comment but for those who experiment instead of just commenting on X … there is a reason why these things are there. What Swamiji means is to not go overboard with Astrology and gemstones … etc.
Mudit@muditfx

Swami Vivekananda had something to say about people obsessed with astrology, food taboos during fasting/eclipses, hyper vegetarianism, concept of nazar, no non-veg on Tuesdays, gemstones, etc. etc.

Brezza Misses Out on Benefits 😞 With the GST slab reduced from 28% to 18% on sub-4m cars with up to 1200cc petrol and 1500cc diesel engines, models like the Nexon, 3XO, and Venue will see significant benefits for customers. However, this advantage does not apply to the Brezza, which continues to fall under the 40% slab due to its 1500cc petrol engine. It’s still one of my favourite cars, and it will be interesting to see how it manages to hold its ground in the competitive sub-4m SUV segment.

@dr_ragu_ @ChekrishnaCk Bali pratha is different and I believe they are limited to specific temples. What about general practice of consuming meat and entering all the temples ? Do we have any ancient Tamil scriptures advocating it or allowing it. Just trying to understand

Pranaam. QT’ing for benefit of others. In my humble opinion, for Ketu, Mahaganapati homa and Sankatnasha stotra patha x 40 daily can work pretty well. Chandi path is good and so is Bala. I am taking a bit of liberty here to say my thoughts aloud but for healing a strained relationship two components are necessary: 1: To be able to keep silent as much as possible from the man’s side (only as being the Shiva tattwa you must be able to keep calm). 2: To adjust and promote adjustment through negotiation. For this you have to find out what your other half likes… humans are only human. Finally: One more remedy in Tantra shastra from my Nath tradition: take 21 red roses and offer them to Mahaganapati at the same temple (it needs to be an old Jagrut Ganesha temple) for 21 Tuesdays and say ‘O Mangalmurti, please heal my relationship and make our Mangal compatible to one another’. This last may or may not work because it depends on too many factors. But you can try it and see.
pratap@pratapar

@mmpandit Pranam.I started with mahaganapathy and then subsequently Bala upasesham from a Srividya guru about a year back. Also started with Chandi path and navakshari mantra at the same time.I had a strained relationship with my spouse

The Russians and Ukrainians (many of them but not all) smell a scammer from miles away. They recognise the language of the heart and may not run behind huge followings. Whereas Indians (quite a few) sometimes lack the critical thinking required to separate scammers from the genuine. Even in Jyotish, KN Rao’s following in former Eastern Europe and Russia is legendary (because it requires deep thought and an attempt at learning the Shastras). BUT, of course, nobody can come to the level of an Indian who has put heart and mind into the Shastra of pursuit of the Devatas. We Indians are born to do that and nobody can take that away from us (as long as there is a genuine attempt and a few decades are spent in pursuit of ‘THAT’). Even our half baked half deluded ones become ‘famous’ as you see nowadays. Of course the really great ones like Swami Vivekananda and Dyaneshwar also find a following in the West, each for different reasons. And then of course one must remember that our Deities are very kind and they send genuine emissaries like Srila Prabhupada to give even the most difficult of them all ie. Krishna and Radha to a Western audience… who …. mind it… see their understanding of Krishna, understand it far better than some of our Indians. Why? Because, they were devotees of those Devatas in a former birth, maybe they made some small errors or indeed got reborn in lands where pleasure is the norm (due to good deeds) and then as the Gita says… they have to be given the chance to worship once again from where they left off in that past birth. And here we are now. This shows that there is no limit to a Deity’s compassion… Indians are running behind Starbucks and Black Label and the Westerners are coming to Hinduism. Sab MahaMaya ki kripa hain!
Vishnu Tatva ✨𝕏@VishnuTatva

@mmpandit I don’t understand this Karmic thing that helps these blessed people find the right guru and yet people within india go nuts behind scamsters to find god. There must be someone or some link beyond the current birth that helps them. When kalbhairava wants things fall in place.🙏🪔
