I would recommend- start with Nightfall (to get exposed to his style) and follow it up with I Robot to set context and dive straight into Foundation. The rest of the Robot series and Foundation sequels can go hand in hand and drop Prelude all the way to the bottom. Lovely topic!

@banglani Fair- ignore the bowling. Amazing fielder (a team with yuvi, sir and Raina saves 25 )! Not a class act wrt batting but got the job done. Indian wickets- only Azhar ranks higher in my view and I just can’t pick him in any XI! As to Zak- purely for variety, left arm swing.

Ok got inspired to think of India's all-time ODI XI. Tendulkar Rohit Kohli Yuvraj KL Rahul Dhoni Jadeja Kapil Bumrah Shami Kuldeep I wish I could fit Shikhar Dhawan in here, but that top-3 is rock solid. Some marginal selections, but some of the test greats have surprisingly poor ODI records. #Cricket

@banglani Raina is the 11th highest run scorer for India in ODI cricket, averages 35 but more importantly had a strike rate of 93.5 and throw in 100+ catches and useful middle overs. SENA wickets- deficiencies against the short ball may tip the scales in favour of Rahul maybe.

Raina and Zaheer are not even in consideration IMO. The ranking of ODI pace bowlers for me is Bumrah, Shami, Kapil, Srinath, Agarkar THEN Zaheer. For the #5 slot KL, Iyer, Azhar and Ajay Jadeja are all ahead of Raina. He was an honest trier but nowhere close to frontline batsman quality. Kumble is a different matter, of course. But he averages 31 in a time of much lower ODI scores. In ODIs he was a containing spinner who went at 4.2 an over. Since you already have Jadeja in that role, the other spinner can be a lot more attacking (31 SR vs 43 for Kumble!).

So true. Applies to startups as well. Is your startup appreciating or depreciating? While it’s not such an oversimplification in reality, it should definitely influence choice of capital- Equity or Debt or ideally a mix of both!

The rich become richer using debt only. They take debt to invest in appreciating assets AND The middle class is always taught to either stay away from debt or lured to use debt to buy depreciating assets. If they buy any appreciating assets they are told to pay off debts quickly!! The rich know the more debt they take the less they have to pay in future eventually because MORE money is getting printed every second and the value of the printed paper is going down fast. This is the real reason for most to remain where they are.
