@TailendersPod I've just had a refund from @ticketek_uk for the same value that I paid for the Southend show but with no explanation, and my tickets have gone from my account. Any reason? I didn't want a refund, I am coming home early Sunday to make this show as I'm at the RWC

@ticketek_uk @TailendersPod Why have some people already been refunded though and some are still waiting? It’s a lot of money and you’ve had it since May.
