@danorlovsky7 @GerryMatalon I always admire how much pro athletes invest in their bodies -- trainers, nutritionists etc... To me, if you want this, you make the same investment with someone like Gerry. Hire him as a personal trainer except it's not stability balls but cameras, audio, energy etc...
