@violaviolaceae It is not possible to upgrade to a Business Premier as the tickets ticket conditions are different. If you now need to travel from Brussels to London you will neeed to purchase a new one way ticket.

@violaviolaceae We would need your booking reference to advise you, but if you have a standard or standard premier ticket these tickets are non refundable so if we cancel any part of the ticket you won't get a refund. You would have to buy an additional ticket to travel from Brussels to London

@violaviolaceae Hi Violet, is not possible to make a change to the station that you are travelling to and from. Even if the train you are due to travel on stops in Brussels you will not be allowed to board the train there.

Call them again tomorrow and tell them upgrade team still has not called. They always say it’s not guaranteed but I hope the upgrade pple call u tomorrow.
