there wasn't any blood or anything and I didn't even get all the food out so I don't get why I feel so ill

I purged like 15 hours ago and now I've woken up and my throat is swollen and it hurts to swallow and I have a fever and I can barely walk I feel so weak I'm scared am I gonna die

I feel like a zombie I swear I'm dying
