@DHLGlobal Been waiting 4 days for my package that’s 1 hour away. waiting on a “future delivery cycle” as it sits at Calgary Airport. It’s been sitting since thursday. It’s Monday morning and STILL no movement or updates shouldn’t it be scanned into a vehicle by now? brutal!

@violentshadows Hi James! Once you are logged into MyRogers and are in the Overview tab, you should be able to scroll down where it will show Manage subscriptions and then select Manage for Disney+ to review your plan options. ^ BE

@RogersHelps hey there, there must be a way to get a deal to upgrade the Disney+ with ads you offer. I’d like to upgrade to the no ads version - but how? naturally the navigation of the app doesn’t make it easy. thanks

@RogersHelps according to that, i don’t have any active subscriptions. i had already had a disney account, which was inactive. i linked them and got the ad version but now no idea where to go. the myrogers app just has phone info. nothing under subs

don’t use @DHLGlobal. my package is still “out for delivery” from tuesday - and their excuse? the driver scanned it but forgot to put it in the van, even though i was next up for delivery. NOW the driver shows up without package ringing my bell harassing, no help from CS
