ok so i’ve determined i think i do in fact have high cortisol and have not in fact been doing anything that helps reduce it ok awesome 🙈

my face has gotten really fat/puffy and i’m praying it’s just due to stress and high cortisol and will slim out once the school year is over 💔🤞
