@VirginAtlantic Hi, we’re not able book seats on either our outbound (VS129 11 Jul) or inbound (VS130 25 Jul) flights. Only a handful booked by other passengers, all other seats say no available for selection. Is there a reason for this pls? I’ve checked several times now.

@VirginAtlantic why has the VS 73 service been so consistently bad this past week. Yes u understand once it gets out of synch and the VS74 is made late there is a catch up period, but the VS74 last night was on time arriving?

When we landed in Male our suitcase was damaged, we reported it in the airport to @VirginAtlantic staff who told us to report it once we are home. Now the baggage claims team are telling me it has to reported within 7 days? We were told not to worry about it whilst on holiday 💩

We can't guarantee that whole families will be sat together, but children under 12 will always be sat with at least one adult from their booking. @VirginAtlantic poor service - sister bid for an upgrade - won- confirmed - paid and was super excited treat for her 60th bday. A day before flight - cancelled flight fully booked and has to wait for refund. 😞😞
