We’re excited to welcome Scott Dilloff as VP of Global Astronaut Sales and Partnerships. He brings standout experience in business development and luxury hospitality to Virgin Galactic. Scott will lead our end-to-end revenue engine, driving demand and growing key markets for private Astronaut flights. Previously, he served as CEO of Crenn Dining Group, building partnerships with brands like Dior and Waldorf Astoria, and held senior roles across several high‑growth hospitality companies. Scott’s high‑touch customer expertise will help power our Spacefarer experience and accelerate the future of human spaceflight.

Last week, our Astronaut community flew in from around the world for our “Behind the Hangar Door” Spaceship Factory Experience. They stepped inside our Factory to see, for the first time, the next-generation spaceship that will fly them to space. With our top engineering and manufacturing leaders guiding the discussions, our Astronauts got a firsthand look at the expertise, precision engineering, quality manufacturing, and unwavering commitment to safety behind every spaceship. They also heard how work is progressing in The Forge, our new rocket motor production facility currently under construction. The energy at the factory said it all. Watching this incredible community stand alongside the team building the new spaceship that will fly them to space was a reminder of why we do this work. A spaceflight with Virgin Galactic is a chance to see the world differently, and that perspective is a key part of the adventure. We couldn’t imagine a better group to share this with.

Welcoming Operation Period to our 2027 spaceflight manifest. This will be the first spaceflight ever dedicated to studying menstruation in microgravity, investigating how space travel affects menstrual physiology, with implications for astronaut health and reproductive medicine on Earth. CFO Doug Ahrens: We’ve managed the financial strength of the company. We ended Q1 with $251M in cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities. We expect free cash flow to improve modestly through Q3 and Q4 2026, with the start of spaceflight revenue in Q4. In January 2027, we’re planning an initial flight rate of 4x per month, growing to 8 flights per month by Q2. We expect modest quarterly positive cash flow within 2027.
