@IncomeTaxIndia @narendramodi @BJP4India @IncomeTaxIndia @narendramodi Dear Sir/Madam, I was able to resubmit Form 13, which was originally assigned to Chennail Intl Ward. However, after a few weeks they asked us to submit it to Delhi Ward while my wife's form 13 was approved in Chennai. Not sure why, but we did it.

@IncomeTaxIndia @narendramodi @BJP4India @IncomeTaxIndia I was informed that my PAN was made operative-thank you; however, the TRACES website still indicates that my PAN is inoperative. We need to refile Form 13 through TRACES, as the previous one was rejected. Please advise what I need to do to fix the TRACES portal.

My form 13 is already rejected and I need to refile it to get the reduced tax approval so that the buyer can deduct the correct tds amount? We r in time crunch!

No response yet. That's why giving a time frame will be helpful so we don't keep bothering

I had my eprofile correctly stating my residential status for the past several years. My PAN was mailed to my US address. Did I miss doing something?

I have sent emails with PAN copy and US passport to the email ids mentioned in your tweet who asked me reach out to the AO. I have sent emails with docs but no response so far. Please let me know how long will it take for the Assessing Officer to rectify this issue. Thanks!

@IncomeTaxIndia Dear Sir/ Madam. I am a US citizen/OCI and my PAN has become inoperative - came to know when my form 13 (reduced TDS for property sale) was rejected. I have my citizenship correctly mentioned in my e-profile but it appears that the local ward has it incorrectly.

Like last year, within a minute after my tweet regarding @HRBlock and @Chase, their representatives contacted me and asked to send a private message to take care of the issue. And like last year, they gave no solution!!!

It is a shame that this is the third year that I have filed a complaint to @HRBlock stating that their online software is not capable of reading 1099 form from JP Morgan @Chase.

I think I am out from both @Chase and @HRBlock. I wish (like scientific communities) somebody comes-up with an opensource package that is free to all and ends these business monopolies.

@HRBlock does not care too much about it and they state to input the transactions manually. I wish these agents know what inputting 500 lines of transactions manually would mean.

@jjones @jjones at least hoping that this issue will not happen again next year! Suggested them with some coding changes that could avoid these issues in the first place. The development team person agreed on it and said will send the suggestions to the appropriate team.
