@lovedspell @dykatron333 i guess it depends on what textures there are, i know some people don’t like the texture of things like oats/chia seeds and blending them helps. or slimy foods like okra can be air fried to get rid of the sliminess. but yeah don’t worry about perfection or labelling as a “vegan”

@lovedspell @dykatron333 when i first went vegan i purely ate whole foods and cheap options like rice, dried pasta, noodles and veg (frozen is super cheap). what sensory issues/foods do u struggle with? also if u cant be 100% vegan don’t be, just reducing meat consumption is way better than not trying ❤️
