今天非常高兴和大家正式介绍并开源我的第 14 款 vibe 产品 wanman.ai 它的理念很简单，让世界上所有人，都能在 AI agents 团队的帮助下，从零创办或接管任何组织，围绕用户的核心意图，持续自动化地运营一人公司。 为了实践这种理念，wanman 必须设计的尽可能简单，不需部署，不用买 mac mini，不用操作复杂的权限，只要打开网站，输入想法，即可运行。 wanman 有两种工作模式，第一种是从故事目标自治运行，它会分析目标，规划任务并邀请 AI 员工，自动开会并对齐目标，每个虚拟工作日结束后，wanman 会主动进行创意发散，从而保持任务持续运行。 第二种是 wanman 接管（takeover）目前支持任何 GitHub 仓库，它会分析代码仓库，围绕目标进行自动优化和测试，在持续运行的基础上，不断提交代码到远端仓库。 无论哪种工作模式，wanman 都会运行到目标达成。它和许多流行的 harness 产品相似，均支持：agents 消息通信、自进化 skill、沙箱隔离环境运行、多模型架构等功能，和其他产品不同的是，wanman 的设计哲学是，让人类用户退居二线，仅作 AI 团队的观察者。它的核心架构和组件已在 GitHub 开源：github.com/chekusu/wanman 从现在开始，任何用户都可以登录 wanman.ai 免费体验，目前支持授权 codex 使用，未来会逐步支持多模型授权与自动调度。 这是我今年以来开发最久，也是最重要的产品之一，为了开发 wanman，我做了 sandbank cloud，chatben，tuwa 等基础设施，这些产品的 vibe 经验，最后都成了 wanman 的一部分代码。 wanman 的命名来自于日语的 one man（ワンマン）的罗马音，在日本的乡间，经常能看到ワンマン電車在田野中悠然自得地穿行，我相信在不久的将来，也会有许多人使用 wanman 创建自己的ワンマン会社。 祝大家都能借助 wanman.ai 告别创业的烦恼，享受创造的乐趣！

Five Years of Bored Ape Yacht Club A note to The Best Club on the Internet, Five years is a long time on the internet. It’s long enough to understand what makes something different, and to recognize when it becomes part of people’s lives in a real way. The Bored Ape Yacht Club has always been more than something you scroll past. It’s something people step into, build with, and carry with them. That’s what makes this a Club. Like @mfigge said recently, the Club should live in your world, not just your timeline. That's where we're headed. Here's what that looks like right now. We recently rolled out the new bayc.com - a fresh look, member profiles and directory, an updated store.bayc.com, and more coming soon. It’s a step toward making the Club feel more tangible, more connected, and easier to immerse in. IRL is the Alpha Over the last few weeks, Apes have been mobilizing across the globe through regional meetups, bringing local chapters together in ways that actually matter. We spent 4/20 weekend with Snoop and Dr. Bombay, giving a group of Apes a member-only moment you can’t replicate online. These moments pull people closer together, create and strengthen real bonds, and push the energy of the Club forward. We say Bored Ape, You say Yacht Club We’ve also been thinking about what it actually means to be a Yacht Club - not just the name, but the feeling behind it. That’s starting to take shape. From here on out, you’ll see it show up more clearly in our apparel, our collaborations, and an aesthetic that finally does the Yacht Club name justice. Five years in, and we’re not slowing down. 看完这个开源项目整个人都懵了，Anthropic藏得严严实实的Claude Mythos模型黑箱，被一个22岁的创业者扒开还全开源了🤯🤯🤯 这个 22岁的AI创业小哥把Claude Mythos的黑箱给扒开了。 他猜Anthropic最新的这个神级模型不是靠堆参数堆出来的，是用了一种叫循环深度Transformer的架构。 同一套权重在一次前向传播里循环跑十六次，每循环一次，就相当于多想了一步。 所有思考都在隐藏空间里默默进行，不用像思维链那样每步都吐出可见的token。 以前的大模型像盖高楼，一层一层堆参数，参数越多，模型越大，显存吃得越多。 现在的模型像原地循环跑步，用同样的参数，跑更多的次数，用时间换空间，用思考深度换参数规模。 这就是为什么Claude Mythos给人的感觉完全不一样，它不需要你提示一步一步想，自己会在潜空间里默默迭代很多次，噪声更少，组合能力更强，能把没见过的事实拼出你从来没想过的结论。 这才是真正的范式转移啊， AI的Scaling法则被彻底重写了。 以前我们拼谁的参数多，那以后我们就拼谁的模型能循环思考多少次。 七百七十兆参数的循环模型，能打平一点三G的普通模型，这对所有消费级硬件来说都是天大的利好了。 我觉得这个事厉害的地方不是这个架构有多厉害，是一个22岁的创业者带着几个人，只用了公开的论文和第一性原理，就把Anthropic藏得严严实实的黑箱直接复现了出来，还全开源了。 这么一来以后闭源实验室的架构优势会消失得越来越快，真正的壁垒会变成训练数据和对齐。 也就是说，未来最强的模型不会是参数最多的，会是想得最多次的。 GitHub 搜 OpenMythos，或者评论区自取 github 地址，几行代码就能跑起来，亲手摸摸下一代AI长什么样子🤓

A few weeks ago I stepped up and became CEO at Yuga. I joined BAYC in June 2021. Anyone who was around back then will never forget that ride: Doggo airdrop, mutant mint, casino night, and the first Apefest - it was a slingshot out of the pandemic and into a new frontier. Over the past year I’ve been sharpening the focus on Otherside. As CEO, my goal is to extend that discipline across all of Yuga. BAYC is the best club on the internet. The Club needs to be part of your world, not just your timeline. We’ll be doing way more stuff together as a club - meetups, moments, access, apparel. I see all of this guided by three pillars: IRL, Storytelling, and Style. While I’m handling operations, I’m excited that Garga will be freed up to be going deeper on the BAYC creative and world-building he’s always been best at. With Otherside, we’re developing a world class social platform for digital ownership and crypto. People will explore Otherdeeds, compete for resources, and build their own experiences. To win, we’re going to need to grow our user base a lot, and prove how every community can succeed in Otherside. We’ve made a lot of progress over the last few weeks and I’m stoked to show you, there’s a lot more ahead.
