Update:
So, I talked to him and told him I wanted us to meet in person because there are things I want to talk about. We agreed to meet on Friday (yes, it took us forever 😭) What’s funny though is that ever since I brought it up, he suddenly started acting like he used to again.

I decided to end things with him. I honestly don’t mind staying friends if that’s what he wants, but I’m done with the relationship itself and I’ve been thinking a lot and realized he’s not the kind of person I can actually see myself being with. I deserve better.
